Constant criticism and belittling from a leader create a pressure cooker environment that will eventually blow the lid off your team\u2019s productivity and job satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Not only that, but being overly judgmental can discourage your team from making decisions and taking initiative which can lead to a stagnant organization. Rather than analyze St. Paul\u2019s intentions of 2,000 years ago, let\u2019s consider those three words in the context of leading others in today\u2019s world.     <\/p>\n<p>Easier Said than Done: All leaders encounter people with thoughts and ideas we\u2019re inclined to label as foolish. It\u2019s hard to imagine being glad about it.  Perhaps you have the authority to fire or relegate the fools in your midst.
