<strong><em>risk averse culture<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>And if you can believe the assertions of myself and Peter Drucker, discouraging failure hinders one of the two things that make money: <em>innovation<\/em> and <em>marketing<\/em>..\u00a0<\/p><p>What happens to your organizations ability to innovate and grow when risk aversion and fear of failure prevail?\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element
