political system.\u00a0 And, the complexity of these politics increases with the number of people involved.\u00a0 Workplace politics can include\u00a0<strong>Office Politics<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Corporate Politics<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Organizational Politics<\/strong>. ideas<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Sabotage<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8373710 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" play\u00a0<em>that<\/em>\u00a0game?\u00a0 People with a strong enough desire to get ahead will resort to these tactics and more.\u00a0Examples of bad political behavior are so prevalent that we begin to assume that success requires a low road, win\/lose approach.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element sustainable. If you consider the tactics listed above, there\u2019s at least one effective political tactic that doesn\u2019t need to be\u00a0<em>dirty<\/em>.\u00a0 It\u2019s a servant-like behavior that all too often gets a bad name.\u00a0 I refer to \u201c<strong><em>bootlicking<\/em><\/strong>\u201c.\u00a0 \u00a0Some might call it\u00a0<strong><em>brown nosing<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and we know even more graphic, negative terms.\u00a0 Bad names. Who would give such bad names to potentially noble actions? Perhaps those who would prefer to take the low road.\u00a0Allow me to direct you to The High Road. It\u2019s all about\u00a0<em>strategically serving<\/em>.\u00a0 What if we gave this tactic\u00a0<em>more positive labels<\/em>\u00a0that accentuate its win-win essence? \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cefa36 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1cefa36\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e19111 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e19111\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Increasing Your Political Savvy\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd6aadf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd6aadf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>People prefer to do business with people they\u00a0<strong><em>know<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>like<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><em>trust<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 As you seek to gain influence in your political system, ask yourself:<\/p><ul><li>Who are the key people that I need to influence?<\/li><li>How well do these folks really\u00a0<strong><em>know<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><em>like<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><em>trust<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0me?<\/li><li><strong>What can I do to improve their familiarity, knowledge and trust with me?<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e0e053 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6e0e053\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6312e2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a6312e2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-724470c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"724470c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Becoming A Master Influencer\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db9b59f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"db9b59f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you can put aside all of the bad names connected to serving others within an organization, you might give yourself a chance to become more trustworthy and thereby more powerful. href=\"https:\/\/chicagoexecutivecoaching.com\/smartleadership\/tribute_to_zig_ziglar\/\">Zig Ziglar<\/a>.\u00a0 It enables you to put a strategic spin on\u00a0<em>The Golden Rule\u00a0<\/em>to
