Barnard<\/a>\u00a0was right when he said:<\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>&#8220;A picture is worth a thousand words.&#8221;<\/em><\/h4><h3>Yes, and&#8230;<\/h3><p>As a leader in 2025, what&#8217;s missing from your communication picture?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e64955b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e64955b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>More than 1,000 Words?<\/h3><p>If a picture is worth a thousand words, what&#8217;s a video worth? I believe that Video Communication is &#8220;<strong><em>the next best thing to being there<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; in person.\u00a0 Better than a text, or an email or a phone call.\u00a0<\/p><h4>Video Leadership Communication&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0<\/h4><ul><li>allows you to add enhanced verbal communication via intonation, inflection, and timing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>allows for non-verbal communication with facial expressions, body language, and gestures.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>enables your personality to come through<\/li><li>is proven to be more effective<\/li><\/ul><p>As a leader, why don&#8217;t you use this media more often and more effectively?\u00a0 Here are some ideas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
