Goal?<\/h3><p>This is a simple question for a butterfly to answer.\u00a0 But somehow people make it more complicated. The essence of goal setting for\u00a0<strong><em>people<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>is to:<\/p><ol><li>Determine the gap between where you are now and where you have the potential to be.<\/li><li>Focus on doing what it takes to close that gap.<\/li><\/ol><p>The butterfly\u2019s simple goal is\u00a0<em><strong>pollination<\/strong><\/em>.
