relatively new group member uttered a two-word phrase that momentarily transformed the room to a state of stunned silence. His two-word, passionately stated declaration:<\/p><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cYou\u2019re wrong!\u201c<\/em><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d8022dd e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d8022dd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d462fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6d462fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">So What?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0865f06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0865f06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you seek a cohesive exchange of ideas for potential solutions, I believe that using any form of this phrase to express a difference of opinion will defeat your purpose.<\/p><h3>Why Might This be True?<\/h3><p>One of the strongest of human needs is <strong><em>the need to be right<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><p>Some argue that this need can be strong enough to induce people to fly airplanes into skyscrapers. When you threaten or challenge this coveted need, you are likely to stimulate an emotional reaction, perhaps an angry confrontation.
