<\/strong>the smartest person in the room and all present would agree that you are. \u00a0How does it feel? \u00a0Is it rewarding?\r\n\r\nIf you&#8217;re genuinely juiced by being a dominant, intelligent force, consider joining\u00a0the local chapter of<strong> <em>The Narcissists Society<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0At their meetings, you can mix with like-minded thinkers and everything will be great &#8211; until a &#8220;<em>who&#8217;s smarter<\/em>&#8221; debate begins.\r\n<h3>But Seriously<\/h3>\r\nIn\u00a0reality, we all need a healthy level of <strong><em>self esteem<\/em><\/strong> to succeed. \u00a0When it comes to ego,\u00a0the trick is to keep an even keel.\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Avoid feelings of inferiority.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Take\u00a0care to keep your ego in check.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTo help with that and add\u00a0<strong><em>humility<\/em><\/strong> to the equation, consider&#8230;\r\n<h3>T<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full meetings you&#8217;ve attended lately where you&#8217;ve noticed gaps that only you can fill. \u00a0What does that tell you about who might be missing from your team?\r\n<h3><img
