experience more creative\u00a0ideas\u00a0and proactive problem solving, what can you do better or differently? \u00a0When it comes to innovative thinking from your team, is it possible that:<\/p><h3 of<em>\u00a0&#8220;<strong>best boss behavior&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p><blockquote><p>&#8220;The best boss that I ever had was always challenging me with questions about the things I either was or should have been working on. \u00a0I knew that whenever I stepped into his office, I had\u00a0to be prepared for his challenging questions. \u00a0So I worked to anticipate his challenges and\u00a0always be prepared with thoughtful, informed responses.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote><p>What lesson can you learn from\u00a0this best-ever boss? \u00a0If you&#8217;d like to create\u00a0an atmosphere where\u00a0<strong>critical thinking<\/strong>\u00a0is more the\u00a0<strong>rule<\/strong>\u00a0than the\u00a0<strong>exception,\u00a0<\/strong>consider how often you simply
