the\u00a0<strong><em>zapper<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>and the\u00a0worker is the\u00a0<strong><em>zappee<\/em><\/strong>. \u00a0The zapper is compelled to manage and views zapping as a duty and necessary task.<\/p><blockquote><p>Repeated zapping quickly\u00a0becomes\u00a0<strong><em>task wise and outcome foolish<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>What a manager intends\u00a0as\u00a0<strong><em>instruction<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>is most often\u00a0perceived as\u00a0<em>chewing out<\/em>,\u00a0<em>shouting<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<em>yelling<\/em>\u00a0even with\u00a0a nonthreatening\u00a0tone of voice. \u00a0The defensive force fields are raised.\u00a0For the\u00a0<strong><em>zappees<\/em><\/strong>, getting zapped repeatedly can kill initiative and
