that it needs to be <b><i>defended <\/i><\/b>whenever it&#8217;s threatened or challenged.\u00a0<\/p><div>As a leader, your integrity is judged on your ability to both <b><i>make <\/i><\/b>and <i style=\"font-weight: bold;\">keep <\/i>your\u00a0<i style=\"font-weight: bold;\">promises<\/i>.\u00a0 Promises include both stated and implied ones.\u00a0 As you seek to guard and defend your reputation by maintaining your integrity&#8230;\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4bdc908 elementor-widget
