\/><\/li><li>To effectively lead these folks, you will be more effective by adapting your approach.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element <strong><em>are not<\/em><\/strong> an <strong><em>extrovert<\/em><\/strong>. Extroversion and introversion are not binary traits. There are degrees or levels and different <em>flavors<\/em> of each. As with so many labels today, there is danger in using these terms indiscriminately.\u00a0 It&#8217;s more helpful to think of these concepts as <em>continuums<\/em>.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p>And these continuums are more insightful when we break down introversion and extroversion into the two categories (or flavors) below:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section to you. elementor-element-2e086c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e086c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" \u00a0She needs to understand how and where her approach is not playing with her audience of co-workers.\u00a0 And understand the emotions that her approach can be stirring up in her followers.\u00a0 Armed with those insights, she can more effectively read the room and adapt her approach as situations dictate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Jane would benefit from:<\/p><ul><li>Identifying the slower paced, detail orientated members of her team.\u00a0<\/li><li>Appreciating the value of their more thoughtful, analytic approach.
