Behaviors & Motivators Survey Instructions

Here are the details for your two part survey.

Your survey results will generate a Behaviors (DISC) and Motivators Report  with insights about yourself and tips for interacting with others. This insight facilitates useful discussion as we compare the styles and drivers of the team members.

To take your survey:

• Select a time when you can shut off all interruptions for about 30 minutes.
• Go to ttisurvey.com
• In the box above the START button enter (copy/paste) your unique Response Link Code that I sent via email.
• Read and follow the instructions on the screen carefully.
• Keep in mind this is a personal survey, NOT a test. There are no right or wrong answers.
