PQ was developed to provide individuals worldwide the opportunity to build mental fitness, and fulfill their true potential for happiness and contribution. Positive intelligence provides scientifically proven methods for developing your mental fitness.

Getting Started on the Road to Mental Fitness

We offer a six week development process delivered through a robust, scientifically proven Learning Management System and facilitated by our founder. 

6 Week Mental Fitness Development Program

Participants' Weekly Requirements

  • 1 – One hour video tutorial at the start of each week
  • 3 –  Two minute Daily Exercises each weekday
  • 1  – Brief, Daily Journal exercise each weekday
  • 1 –  Focused 30 minute Coaching Conferences via Zoom each week

Mental Fitness Program Deliverables

  • Six Weeks of Guided Exercise to discover and overcome your Saboteurs (that hijack you and prevent you from being your best self)
  • 6 –  Focused 30 minute Coaching Conferences via Zoom: 1 per week
