Executive Coaching Certificate for Silent Auctions

This certificate program is designed to generate a win for the charitable cause, a win for the successful bidder and a win for us as we gain exposure and fulfillment.

The successful bidder will receive three hours of executive coaching (one-on-one) or management team facilitation. Certificate may be used yourself or someone you designate for one of the following:

The Process

We begin with a telephone conference in advance of scheduling the coaching session, the client identifies and communicates their most significant achievement or improvement needs: either personal, professional or organizational in nature.

In the session (perhaps two), we engage for three focused hours in using a proven processed for either planning & execution or talent assessment & self awareness.

Anticipated Outcomes for the Recipient

Upon completion of the session, the client gains deeper understanding of the challenges, a proven format for a written action plan and an enhanced commitment to improving results.

About the Coach

For the past 20 years, Tom Lemanski has facilitated successful outcomes for leaders in over thirty different industries. Prior to coaching, Tom served as a top executive and owner in three diverse industries. Tom has coaching certifications in three different disciplines. Value

The certificate has a $950 financial value. The benefit of faster and more effective goal achievement can ranges from priceless to four to ten times the investment.

Coaching Sessions are conducted via Zoom
