Builds on the Golden Circle model to help leaders communicate from belief, not just logic. Participants learn to “start with why” and link messaging to values and purpose.

7: Feedback That Fuels Growth

Reframes feedback as a performance catalyst. Introduces the Booth Feedback Model and strategies for giving, receiving, and requesting meaningful feedback.

8: Non-Verbal Presence – The Leader’s Internal Signals

Focuses on self-awareness and body language. Participants explore how mood, posture, tone, and total presence impact credibility and engagement.

9. Interpreting & Adapting – Non-Verbal Signals in Context

Sharpens the ability to read others. Leaders learn to decode body language, cultural cues, and virtual behaviors to adapt communication in real time.

10: Influencing Through Inquiry – The Practice of Question Engineering

13: Matching The Media with The Moment

Helps leaders align message, medium, and moment for greater impact. Covers email vs. voice, video messaging, and the risks of channel misfires.

14: Building a Culture of Communication

Focuses on the systemic side of leadership communication. Leaders examine how their habits, tone, and consistency shape team norms and communication culture.

15: Integrity in Leadership Communication

Defines integrity beyond honesty. This module explores value alignment, follow-through, confidentiality, and earning trust through consistent words and actions.

16: Integration & Communication Blueprint

Concludes the course with reflection and action planning. Participants revisit their growth, clarify guiding principles, and build a personal communication blueprint to lead forward.
