See Yourself as Others See You

blind spot sign

We can all be “our own worst enemy”.  But we’re often unaware of when and how this happens.

Our debriefing process examines your perceptions about yourself to help you discover how and when your self-perceptions can be very different from the way others perceive you.

With this new insight, you develop new ways to adapt your approach to lead and communicate more effectively.

“We have met the enemy and he is us.”
