The Origins of Question Engineering™

The concept of Question Engineering™ was officially introduced by Executive Coach Tom Lemanski during a Trusted Advisors Network online Learning Lab event on February 8, 2021, where it was shared with a network of experienced leadership professionals. This presentation demonstrated how strategic questioning can lead to powerful moments of discovery that inspire action and lasting change.

The materials for the presentation—including the PowerPoint and supporting visuals—were finalized on February 24, 2021, further refining the methodology into a repeatable framework for leadership communication. Since then, Question Engineering™ has been applied in coaching, workshops, and leadership programs to help leaders achieve extraordinary results.
