A Simple, “Less is More” Approach to Dedicate Yourself to What’s Important in the New Year

One-thing

A New Approach to New Years Resolutions

Goals can be tangible or intangible.  Here’s a simple approach to gaining clarity and focus on your most timely and important intangible aspiration.

Less is More

Ask yourself this simple question:

If you could summarize your desired approach to the coming year with just one word, what word would you use?

One thing

What's Your One Word?

You are on your own unique point on your personal journey.  Your word should personify how you will approach what’s next.  Who is the person you need to become to make the coming year more successful?  As you exhibit your word, what are the potential outcomes or benefits?

Here’s Mine

Due to a current physical challenge, my word is resilient.

What's Your One Word?

If you’re inclined feel free to add your word to the comment box below.  Or drop me an email.  At the very least, think of your word, write it down and put it in a place of prominence. Allow the Law of Attraction to work for you.

My Best Wishes

I wish you a New Year happier than this one and hope your aspirational word will help you pursue success more effectively .

NewYear

Acknowledgements

I believe I have a gift for recognizing effective ideas.  When I discovered the one word idea from long time leadership coach and colleague, Joan Fletcher, I was compelled to share.  Thanks Joan!.
