Coaching Consultation Agenda

A Mutual Evaluation

I believe in win-win scenarios.   Our discussions will explore your desired outcomes; your wins.  You are encouraged to discover if your approach fits your leadership needs   .

To serve our customized,  results orientated approach, our initial consultation focuses on gaining clarity about YOUR desired results and outcomes from the coaching engagement.

Ideally you will  find yourself in a better place as a result of our discussion regardless of whether or not we agree to work together.

Any details shared about your situation and identity are held in strict confidence

The Typical Agenda

We’ll discuss your situation and how you would like to improve it with some version of these questions.  And you’re encouraged to share any other relevant insights about what a successful coaching engagement would be for you.

What situation or triggering event has prompted you to request this discussion?

What are the most important improvements you would like to implement to be more effective and successful?

What's missing for you?

  i. e.: skills, habits, mindset, clarity, confidence, focus, etc.

What are the most important improvements you would like to implement to be more effective and successful?

Once we have an understanding of your successful outcomes,   I will prescribe an approach designed to fit your needs.  And share the logistics, investment (both time and financial) involved with the recommended approach. And how the approach fits your unique situation.

What questions or clarifications do you have?

What next steps (if any) should occur and when?

Professionalism

I believe that our personal integrity is built by making and keeping our promises.

So if you book an appointment on my calendar, I promise to be present, to listen and engage with you.  I ask the same in return.  Booking a consultation appointment is a promise to show up and be present.  If you are unable to make the appointment, please be professional and communicate.
